This isn't a good beginner disc...which was part of my problem. I've had lots of problems controlling it with a forehand throw. However! Backhand throws are as good as I can get them with this disc. I can pull out this disc and know how it's going to turn every time (assuming no user error). Quality control was excellent, and the disc has resisted scratches and has taken its lumps quite well. I'm an intermediate golfer and I just threw this for the first time and I can tell that I'm gonna love this one. I got great distance, high speed, and it held pretty well in the wind (168g). I'm learning a forehand drive and I got some good throws with this one - I tend to throw some discs better than others where forehand is concerned.
