For some reason, the green lights just are not up to par with the other colors. They feel a bit loose and flicker, and about 9 times out of ten go out when my disc lands. These were purchased as an alternative to the fishing battery lights that cost about $5 each. I also purchased a multi-pack of the Beacons, and the green in that pack does the same thing. These are plenty bright, easy, and economical enough to use on a number of discs at night; not just your driver. The one I taped to the underside of my clear driver came off during a couple of crashes, such as a tree and a concrete walkway. I needed a fresh tape strip. If additional tape strips are sold separately, it would be great. I've tried the expensive screw-on modules, and the low-visibility chemical tubes. These little beacons are the best I've found. |
