Only the plastic suction tips glow faintly. The white styrofoam body of the dart does not glow at all. Instead it ships with 8 strips of glow paper backed by adhesive that one is supposed to wrap around the styrofoam body ( like cigarette paper ). The glow paper tape adhesive does not adhere well to the styrofoam and started to peel after a few uses. The glow paper does not give off a good glow. For $10 ( almost the cost of a Nerf pistol ) one would expect to have the styrofoam body of the darts to at least be impregnated with the glowing agent. Save yourself some trouble. Buy a pack of 50 darts and dip it in glow paint yourself. It'll last longer than this glow paper wrapped version. They are actual "Nerf" brand darts and are exactly like the original darts that came with the Nerf gun we purchased. We were very happy with our order! |
