This is not your ordinary plastic Frisbee. It looks and feels and flies like an ordinary plastic Frisbee but you won't believe how tough it is. My standard poodle and my labrador fight over it, play tug of war with it, and do "team" retrieves with it. Don't get me wrong--it's not indestructible--it does wear out eventually. But it's the toughest Frisbee I've found. Tougher than the Kong. And unlike the Kong, it throws and floats just like a regular Frisbee. After about approx 100 play sessions (average about 5 minutes per session), my first one was looking pretty beat up so I bought a replacement. But in fact now after almost 200 play sessions I'm still using the first one because it's still intact (even though it's pretty far gone at this point.) When it finally gets pulled to pieces, I've got #2 ready and waiting. Note that the beat up yellow one in the "customer images" is mine after 200 sessions. |
