 Beginner or Expert this is among the best, By This review is from: Champion Sidewinder (Misc.) Beginners should throw this as their driver. Strong experienced throwers should throw this disc. Many experienced throwers like faster discs like beast or firebird because they hang on slightly too long and need the compensation of turning left. If your good player, strong and classic good thrower with good follow through this disc will go where you throw it with little fade.If I carried two disc (I carry 16) for all play this would be one of them. Lots of midranges to choose from Roc, Shark, etc all good for under 100' and putts. Opinions vary widely, LOL Among the fifty local friends this is a good disc except in significant wind (8 to 12 mph). Champion plastic cost more and lasts long enough to pay for itself in consistant flights after tree dinggs. I carry three in different weights, then valks, beast, etc each faster. great disc, By This review is from: Champion Sidewinder (Misc.) I have been disc golfing for about seven years. This disc is a great distance driver for beginners. This was my favorite and go-to disc for years. Now I am stronger and can throw a little harder than I did in the past so I don't tee off with thi sone anymore, but I still wont play a round without a sidewinder in my bag. Can be thrown with straight flight, easy to turnover, can also be a roller. |
